Hotel only does breakfast. But there was an excellent choice on the meme. All of the staff were very friendly and polite

No complaints whatsoever, the venue exceeded all expectations, couldn't recommend more it...

We booked twin room and could use wake-up service, available in it. It was top-notch, included a comfy bed plus terrace and an instant coffee. The location of the hotel was central, close to Tuscany, and Ufizzi, the Duomo, and more;))

The location of this hotel is approx 10 min walking from the station and 10 min from the centre. Staff were friendly and the hotel is unbelievably clean . Nothing was to much trouble for them

The hotel personnel is very friendly, helpful and attentive to the possible needs of the customer.The room was fabulous.

The room that they assigned to us was very spacious, clean and nice, the staff was very courteous and upon arrival they told us what to visit in the city, breakfast was very varied and good.

The location is central, a 10-minute walk from both the center and the station. The hotel was quite new, rich and good breakfast, courteous and helpful staff. The room is quiet and the air conditioning is well functioning.

A real gem. Cleanliness is beyond all our expectations. Friendly staff and excellent service (better than the rating). Room is in perfect order. The hotel is above all our expectations. Nothing like a 4-star.

it's difficult to park a car and the garage that is sometimes available is expensive

Nicely decorated, clean, nice sized hotel, the location is marvellous close to Duomo. The staff are super-friendly and outstandingly accommodating people at the reception desk. The ambiance is elegant. The breakfast is delicious and plentiful with bacon and scrambled eggs, for example, has everything you need.

Everything, but especially the cordiality of the staff, always super helpful and friendly, the property is very nice and comfortable, worth more than 3 stars especially for people who work there. Thank you very much for the hospitality.

I was pleased with excellant service. The room was newly remodelled and had a contemporary decor. The staff was extremely polite and check in was early.

Some noise from hydraulics or ventilation in rooms but well-insulated from the road and corridors.

The rooms are quite old and little bit dirtly with old carpets.... also bathroom should be bigger
